I live in Richland just a couple minutes from the Wellsian Way location, yet I consistently choose to drive to the Burden location in Pasco. That alone should say a lot. The Burden team is incredibly fast, efficient, and genuinely kind. I have only waited more than seven minutes a couple of times, and both were on merch drop days when things were understandably busy. Even during high volume rushes, they stay organized and keep things moving smoothly. What impresses me most is how strong they remain even when people call out and they are short staffed or are training. It never seems to affect their attitude or the quality of service. They continue to work hard, stay positive, and take care of customers quickly. It is clear this team is supported by amazing leadership. The culture, consistency, and work ethic do not happen by accident. They absolutely deserve recognition for the standard they set every single day.

That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
