  I would give zero stars if that were an option. This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. I ordered delivery and paid with a card, and what I received was honestly embarrassing. The buffalo chicken was basically all sauce and cheese with barely any actual chicken, and the pizza only had cheese on half of it—how does that even get sent out? After waiting an entire hour, you’d think they’d at least get the order right. Clearly not. The management seemed completely incompetent. Even the “general manager” didn’t appear to know what they were doing and had to ask the delivery driver basic questions, which says a lot and they clearly had no idea what i was talking about when i had to keep telling them i paid with card. When I asked for a refund, they first tried to offer a partial refund, calling it “cosmetic damage.” Missing half the cheese on a pizza is not cosmetic—it’s a failed order. Then, conveniently, their card machine was suddenly “offline,” and I was told I’d have to come into the store for a cash refund. Completely unprofessional and suspicious. On top of that, the first employee I spoke to was rude and had zero sense of professionalism. Overall, terrible food, worse service, and management that clearly has no control over what’s going on. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

  It took over an hour for delivery which was only down the street and the delivery guy was so rude, He basically threw the receipt and had an attitude as soon as he arrived. The pizza was terrible, burnt and the toppings were only on half of the pizza with maybe a few pieces of chicken, mostly sauce. The workers and manager were even worse, paid full in card and only offered half back in cash if brought the pizza back. So we’d have no pizza and only half of what was even paid for the order. Terrible service, terrible quality and even worse managers.

  Lazy staff and completely incompetent management. No one knew what they were doing and were so severely unhelpful. The food came out awful and the “managers” can’t seem to figure out how to refund for awful service.

  Order here if you want to wait 2 hours for a cold pizza. Literally ordered at 7:01. Order was delivered at 9:10. To top it all of the pizza was cold. We will never order from Dominos again.

  Worst experience at a dominoes I’ve ever had… this happened Sunday night. First of all, I ordered a specialty pizza which was a Philly cheese steak but all the ingredients were centered In the middle of the pizza with about 3” of nothing from the ingredients to the crust. I called ahead to order my pizza at 6:52 pm but didn’t get it until 7:40 pm. I figured when I got there at about 7:15 it would be ready?! But I didn’t get my pizza until after 7:40. When I questioned the employee on why it’s taking so long, she tells me that they’re busy as she was carrying a baby under her apron assisting customers. I mean… seriously?! Never going to this Dominoes again!
