    First and foremost ,,I want to say thank you to Osvaldo for the most amazing customer service I've ever received. Osvaldo you are what customer service is all about. You wouldn't know this by by looking at me because I wear a smile no matter what but I was having the worst day the worst day today and walking in here and seeing your smile with a very warm genuine welcome and the calmness in your voice was so amazing that you turned my day all the way around good job dairy Queen he should be a manager that's what customer service is right there thank you so much

    Came to this location asked for a lettuce wrapped sandwich they said no! So I got 3 piece chicken tenders The french fries were hot Fresh brand new but the chicken strips were hours old very cold hard and dry. I also ordered a regular cheeseburger. The cheeseburger seem like it was old and they warmed it up because it was very hot to the touch and the bread was spongy like it had been warmed up in the microwave. I will not be going back and I hope that you see this and you do not go there either
