I said I would call another location and thankfully that other location had no problem doing it…went online and requested in the notes section as requested by employee. Easy peasy.

YANA the one that was making my Son’s Banana split started with such attitude out of no where. From the start we felt not welcomed. To be honest we felt discriminated by both Girl Specially from YANA . We ask that Baskin Robbin’s do a better job at hiring these young kids . Make sure they have great customer service for all kinds of race. Have never had such experience like tonight’s at this location.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
