- CCColin C6 days ago1.0The thing I hate the most is when I’m not being rude or anything mean and I get that energy given to me as a paying customer. The females there need to work on the RBF and customer service! All of them need to work on customer service, males and females! I love the ice cream, I enjoy BR! I don’t enjoy the energy the staff here at this location give! Always in a ‘hurry up’ feel. The service just stinks! DO BETTER OR QUIT THE JOB, scooping ice cream with a smile shouldn’t be that difficult. Or just give off a little appreciation that we give you business. So disappointing.

Stood by the ice cream for about 7 minutes before going to the front then waited more before the workers looked up and one came over. The lady that helped us looked annoyed to help us. Not sure if previous customers ruined their moods but felt very much like their upset was directed to me and my family. Ice cream was fine.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?

I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
