Everything was awful lol. I had to bring food back because they charged me more than I originally ordered, they said they would remake it but literally gave me the SAME exact thing. I walked up and threw it back into their kitchen. I worked at Sonic 10 years ago and these people just do not give a shit about the food they serve, I don’t understand it. Never coming here again. Hey guys here’s a tip: if it gets busy, JUST TAKE YOUR TIME & DO IT RIGHT SO YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN TO MAKE THINGS HARDER FOR YOURSELF. rant over

Ordered a 3 piece tender for my child and they gave me two plus broken fried bread crumb nuggets as the third. Fries were cold and under cooked

This Sonic has been bad every single time I've gone there. I like sonic, so I keep giving them another chance. I wait a few months, go back, no difference. The management team needs serious help imo.
I’m from Oklahoma, was stoked to see sonic all the way up here in Washington..
This is not how they are back home. Smh.
Like are they out of every ingredient? Or is that how a chili cheese dog looks in Washington?

I’ve never felt the need to leave a 1-star review before, but this experience at Sonic Drive-In was really disappointing.
We ordered two Blasts (a large coffee with fudge chunks and a medium chocolate Oreo), two All-American bacon triple smashers, a fry, and tots. Unfortunately, the only items that were correct were the fry and tots.
Both Blasts were wrong—the chocolate Oreo didn’t have chocolate ice cream, and the coffee Blast had no coffee flavor at all and came with chocolate chips instead of fudge chunks. When they were remade, the issues still weren’t fully fixed. The large coffee Blast came back as a medium, and the fudge was only placed on top instead of being blended in. Same with the Oreos in the other Blast.
The burgers were also incorrect. They were missing lettuce, tomato, and bacon. After asking for a correction, they came back still without lettuce and tomato and only had one piece of bacon.
Overall, it felt like there was very little attention to detail, even after we tried to have the order fixed. Hoping this location can improve accuracy and quality moving forward.
