  No loitering( must leave after 30 minutes), no bills over 20, no refills, bathrooms locked, no mirrors in bathroom. Prison vibes.

  Amazing (15/15 *s) Gladis should be employee of the month for so many reasons I can't even begin to say how impressed I was with her attention to detail and exceptional job cleaning as well as the way she was multitasking taking care of the register the orders preparing orders, all the while mopping before opening the store even opened The mgr was also fully involved with all of his customers, very pleasant as well as giving an experience like I've never seen ever in fast food , this truly felt more like a restaurant, when somebody ran because they were the owner of such an establishment, really caring about the people not the dollar bills they bring..... I will definitely tell everyone I meet I hope this fair all the way up to cooperate, this is the restaurant, that actually redeems the image I have come to have about "McDonald's" Will/Stephanie ran the opening breakfast better than I could have ever expected to see here, thank you for opening my eyes to Great customer service in an atmosphere I never expected to see it at this level of excellence Bravo Bravo

  1st time, I have ever given a15/15*s!!!!! Quite impressive, I must say. The team here have impressed me beyond belief..... I don't think I have ever felt so at home going to a McDonald's in my Life!!!!! First impression of impressive customer service, was a lady by the name of Gladis, never has a restaurant been made cleaner and more spotless, really she had to have given 250% to get cleaning if not only the restaurant floor, but she spent almost 2 hours cleaning the restrooms Gladis is my #1 choice for none could ever give it so much care and time attention to details 100% #1 choice for employee if the month no one impressed me more than her....all while taking orders and running the register while mopping before opening..... Multi Tasker Extroninair My days off to you Bill,(mgr) also exceptional customer service, very attentive and compassionate, unusual in this fast food setting (usually) Stephanie (host/sever) also made the experience delightful.

  Specifically ordered lunch on the app to dine in so that I could refill my drink before leaving. I noticed as I asked for the refill the new signs that say no refills allowed. I was given some shady stupid reason they couldn't refill it. I will never support this location again. Furthermore, it was super dirty inside and the fries I asked for extra salt on had no salt at all. Funny thing is, I almost didn't go at all because of the McDonald's CEO videos, but I'm on a tight budget. So not only did they waste my time because I had to go buy another drink, but they wasted my money because I could have chosen to go somewhere else where I didn't have to repurchase another drink. Never again McDonald's.
