  Paper thin meat, with barely any on the sandwich. Seriously, about two slices of turkey on my sandwich - it was basically a lettuce sandwich. Just like other reviews point out, this location is ripping people off. JJ’s corporate does nothing but copy/paste the same response, without even acknowledging anything. This is what happens when private equity takes over a franchise business.

  Always young kids there that do not want to work. They will have 5 people talking in the back while they tell you to wait 3 minutes until they are done talking to assist you. With ZERO customers in the building. It's like that every time I go.. so I go to Meconis!!

  Forcing someone to eat cold chicken because they NEED an “ unwich “ for a severe food allergy is ridiculous. I’m paying less money not getting bread. Why am I forced to eat cold meat due to a disability. I was forced to leave because they could not give me a solution. Just eat cold chicken or poison myself. Do better for people with disabilities and food allergies.

  Great customer service. I ordered something for pickup but got a flat tire before I could pick it up. After waiting for a tow truck for 2+ hours, I realized I wasn't going to be able to get to JJ's anytime soon so I called to see if they would be willing to deliver my order instead. While that's not something they can normally just do, they figured out a way to make it happen and made me a fresh order (the original order was 2+ hours old) and delivered it directly to me. Now that's good customer service.
