They give back 12 dollars and no change. Which for each transaction isn't much but for them can add up to 5-7k per year. Numerous times this has happened with different employees at the register suggesting its a concerted action. Pretty lame I have to say.

The young man at the register misheard my order (not his fault. the back of house was loud, as well as what appeared to be a district meeting going on in the lobby. Not his fault and he was doing his best). He called the manager to put his code in so he could correct my order. It was the $7 bacon double stack or whatever. Rather than the manager correcting the order he said "just do this" to which he put an "add bacon" note on my ticket. Which brought price over the advertised $7. Not really worried about the money. The principle is what got me. Thats bad training and lazy leadership.
