The few times I’ve given it a chance in the last few years they have always messed up orders, closed early, locked the doors, and had many other instances of incompetence and mismanagement. This location needs to be closed down. There is nothing redeeming about it. They forget food almost every time and they are incredibly disorganized. It is infinitely worth driving to another location for Wendy’s food. Not here. Never here. Today the doors are locked again. So I go through the drive thru for my in store pickup. I only got half of my food. No chicken sandwich, no bacon jr. The little nugget boxes weren’t closed so the food I DID get fell onto the floor when I took it out of the bag. NEVER GO HERE.
