  just completely horrible. two females on the shift around 1:30 01/26/26 were completely disrespectful and unpleasant. i walked into subway wanting the italian trio. the 1st woman said it’s going to be a minute because shes about to clock out and her coworker 2nd female) looked at me turned around and said she’s going to do prep. the 1st female asked do i know what i want and i said the italian trio , she responded with “ what even is the italian trio “and i pointed to the sign. she said “ oh those. those are me how was i supposed to know” so i said “ never mind im fine “. and took my money to jimmy john’s across the street. i’ve never felt more disrespected and disgusted in customer service until today. ice work in these positions before so i understand but never out right ruined some one else’s day because i didn’t want to do my job. if these are the faces subway wants representing their company that’s outrageous.

  Routinely made to feel like a burden when ordering a sandwich here. Multiple times staff have argued over who has be the one to help a customer. Location is close to my work but I don't feel like going back. Jimmy John's is in the same parking so it's an obvious choice.

  Owner was completely rude to my fiancee for asking very politely a question this is very common for her and happens often does not matter who u are she is incredibly rude and put a stain on this business I told my fiance to not buy our food from them and leave if she's going to be rude to her customers she does not deserve the business

  Friendly people. I love going here for the laughs, friendly faces and wonderful sandwiches. Best subway around here
