- KBKaylee BodineNov 29, 20253.0Staff is really rude at night, I made an online order and pulled up to the screens to check in and she quickly came on to very rudely tell me that they aren't coming out and in the middle of me telling her I had an online order (because she said unless i have an online order I have to go to the drive-thru) she cut the speaker and then didn't answer again. Had to go through the drive-thru, where they were then rude to me again, and I almost just made them refund me and go somewhere else. Else. This isn't the first time, I don't know if there's just no manager at night or what's going on but they are extremely rude.
