It is extremely rare that something is missing from my order, but if and when it happens, they make things right! I understand that items are out of stock occasionally, but they try to substitute with a product of my choice. My produce is fresh and my order is on time. I love the Safeway on Harrison and will continue to do business with them. In fact, it is the only grocery store I use. Thank you for your great service to the community!

The ice cream is locked up - good luck getting an associate to help you there. Their produce is a joke. Bought frozen shrimp that was rancid and they refused to make it right. Just all around disappointing.
