We went after 10pm and only self check was open, it was a hot mess with the line curved around and back into aisles. Positives, fully stocked on sale items and mostly friendly employees.

I have been using the Drive Up & Go since Covid. I am very pleased with their service. The staff is friendly and very courteous. It is extremely rare that something is missing from my order, but if and when it happens, they make things right! I understand that items are out of stock occasionally, but they try to substitute with a product of my choice. My produce is fresh and my order is on time. I love the Safeway on Harrison and will continue to do business with them. In fact, it is the only grocery store I use. Thank you for your great service to the community!

Boo Digital Coupons!?! The Big Red S is my longtime local grocery store but booooy is it getting more and more expensive...not that everything else isn't too...lol. Only major complaint is those "Digital Coupons!?!" They are confusing, inconsistent, and just downright stupid IMHO!?! Just do away with them and let us get the discount for just being loyal customers...

High prices disguised as "sales," unbelievably slow checkers with zero sense of urgency, making even short lines move unbearably slow. The ice cream is locked up - good luck getting an associate to help you there. Their produce is a joke. Last time I was in there an angry belligerent man was walking the aisles screaming, and not a security guard in sight in the entire store. Bought frozen shrimp that was rancid and they refused to make it right. Just all around disappointing.

Safeway wants in on the stealing your data game and has now tied getting your discounts to the Safeway app, rather than a Safeway card. Nope. It was easier to walk away from my $160 purchase than download your app. Lost my business forever. Shame on me for thinking I could shop outside of Winco.
