As I was cleaning up the mess, and accepted it at my loss, I was turning around and the employee at the self checkout out handed me a new item to replace what I had just spilled on the floor. I didn’t ask him to, nor was I expecting him too. To the Safeway management- you have an excellent employee. I wanted to thank him again as I was leaving, but he was already helping someone else. <3

Store security did nothing, even though this activity was clearly on camers. Instead, merely smiled and refused to acknowledge that I was being accosted in their store. If you need sundry items, OTC medicines and food in the same trip, they corrall you into a "secure" area in the store and don't care about the extra imposition on your time and patience. Obviously more interested in profit than customer safety. Be careful. The only one protecting you here is you.

Wasted 45 minutes of my day and ended up returning everything because they ALSO didn't give me my discounts! Why would they be so greedy when they already charge so much.
