I come to this Panera like 2 times a week to do homework & eat some food. I come around the morning and every single time I look forward to seeing my favorite cashier. Her name starts with an N, she has glasses. She’s so sweet. I really should know her name by now. She has straight hair, and is kinda short. But anyways, she is the reason why I keep coming back, I feel welcomed every single time and she is so warm to all her customers. 10/10

Never again. $23 for two small bowls of soup. Not even very good at that.

They were very busy due to a local power outage, so the customer service vibe was dim. I felt like the cashier was pushing us to order quickly, but it was a full house and I don't want to assume it's always like that. But my food was pretty good. Tuna Sammie and French onion soup. Also got a French Dipper to take home to the boys, which I tasted. Not bad. The Tuna sandwich was really good, it was on hearty sourdough sandwich bread, the tuna wasn't mixed down with too much mayo, and the tomatoes were fresh, not all mealy like they get when refrigerated and the Frisee lettuce was fresh. Good pickle spear on the side.
The French Onion soup was mid. If you've ever had the real thing, this won't taste authentic. There wasn't much, if any, beef bone reduction in it, and not a hint of that necessary tang from the red wine used to cook down the onions. The onions themselves were cut in big ol' chunks, and not caramelized or even softened enough, they were still firm. The onions should practically melt and the flavor should spring from there. No hint of herbs like thyme or savory. There were also several big ol' croutons on top I would've preferred served on the side, as I don't like them and they soak all the cheese up, but I could have requested they be left off if I'd had enough time at the register to actually read the description. The chunck of sourdough baugette that comes with it was wonderful, though. I ate it for breakfast at home, with butter and homemade Raspberry jam. I'd honestly just buy the bread for that! So mid soup but more than just edible. Unfortunately this is the same dip for the French Dipper sandwich, which didn't really work as the onions were too big and slid off the sandwich immediately, so you were left with a light glaze of sauce instead of the bread getting a solid dunk of au just, leaving you with a paper cup of liquidy chunky onions at the end. The sandwich itself looked good, had a ok layer of meat ( although, nothing like the commercial shows) and the boys really liked the ciabatta bread it was on. Big hit on it's own. The kettle cooked chips that came with it were a big hit, too. All in all, I'd go back, on a less busy day and be more discerning and specific. I'm sure it'd be worth it.

If I could give lesser stars I would. Went through the drive-thru last night. Told the lady I wanted. A bread bowl or the girl I should say and she said well you can only get a cup with that and I said well can I get a bowl and she didn't say hold on didn't say let me find out for you. She just was like can I get a bread bowl for an upcharge. She said over her speaker and then she said okay. Pull forward then I said. Does that mean that I can get it and she's like? Yeah super rude super short
