No souses available to get! even chicken crisp did not have any pickle or souse. Fries are cold and no souse and no salt. I got a medium fries, but got the box half filled. Ay this is just one day experience. I have been going there for four year! Never had a good experience. The cashiers always close and they say they only accept kiosk orders. Toilets are closed and you have to request a code from the manager. It will take you 5-15 minutes. Considering prices for a cheeseburger is $4.99 for a single patty, I am not coming back ever.

We were disappointed when we looked at our cheeseburger and Big Macs and the cheese inside them was not melted. That’s right, the American cheese product did not melt. Also, the fries were barely warm. We walked up to the counter and asked for hot French fried Anna for the cheese to be melted. They made us new burgers and gave new fries. To our astonishment, the cheese was not melted again! The fritters were warmer but not hot, and very pale and not crispy. The taste was blah, and we did not get that satisfaction when you first bite into a burger. But really, utter disappointment in getting cold food.
