The place was full of high school kids, who probably shouldn't have been off school grounds. But, if they were regularly, staffing should have been a consideration. The food was cold once recieved, and had to be reheated when I got home. The fry containers were basically flat, they were so underfilled, and the patties were clearly aged out. They've eliminated cashiers and refills, but the prices are crazy high, so I really don't have any reason to feel like anything is going to improve in any meaningful way.
