  Not sure if this is a one time thing or if Jimmy Johns just doesn’t give as much as they once did, but my sandwich was pretty weak- barely any meat and the cheese seems to be thinner than i remember. If this is the standard, well… not worth the price at all.

  I stopped in here to use the restroom on 8/8 around 4pm. Thank you to the gentleman who was working he was friendly, restroom and lobby was extremely clean which I appreciate! Thank you for having a public restroom....the food good too😂 and I've tried the new toasted sandwiches, wonderful addition to Jimmy Johns!

  The two gals working here on 7/26 were so nice! I accidentally ordered a sandwich with horse radish and I forgot I hate horse radish, they remade my sandwich for free and were so nice about it. 10/10 wonderful service!

  NOT freaky fast. More like freaky slow. About 3 out of 5 times the wait is long. Today, 7/23/25 I ordered at spicy Italian. When I asked for it toasted the associate seemed annoyed. I paid and took a seat. The workers kept falling out sandwiches, not names. But they only called once and not clearly. I tried listening but every time one was called someone stepped up. After 12 minutes I asked if the sandwich sitting on the counter was mine. Is it the spicy. No, I heard. We think someone else took yours. At which time it took another 5 minutes to mine remain. And it was subpar compared to past sandwiches. Frankly, if zero stars was an option for service, that’s what I would have selected.
