  Great customer service. I ordered something for pickup but got a flat tire before I could pick it up. After waiting for a tow truck for 2+ hours, I realized I wasn't going to be able to get to JJ's anytime soon so I called to see if they would be willing to deliver my order instead. While that's not something they can normally just do, they figured out a way to make it happen and made me a fresh order (the original order was 2+ hours old) and delivered it directly to me. Now that's good customer service.

  The two gals working here on 7/26 were so nice! I accidentally ordered a sandwich with horse radish and I forgot I hate horse radish, they remade my sandwich for free and were so nice about it. 10/10 wonderful service!

  Fast and friendly service, Austin and his co worker were a HUGE help in giving me the low down on the fixings. Very knowledgeable and helpful, great staff!

  While my wife and I were staying at the hotel nearby, we decided to stop in. The manager who took our order asked my wife what she doing later and told her he could make her feel good. Rather inappropriate.
