My friend left her long board by the doors when we went in for only fries and when we came back out it was gone when we asked one of the workers she got nervous and went to talk to somebody else he came back said it was broken and he put it in the trash can and it’s to big of a trash can to get so we left came back after cooling down from this went and talked about to the manager she had somebody get it with only a step stool and something to grab it with idk why the other worker didn’t just do it didn’t even ask for the name of the person who threw it away and it wasn’t even broken when they gave it back this was a horrible experience when I asked why they did it they said it was bc they thought it was a homeless persons board

Must be a cheese cake shortage... Ordered 3 royal cheesecakes and got charged for extra cheesecake, but they didn't add any cheesecake..... Cheesecake

Last night I had a poor experience, not even a real experience if I must say. As I was walking to the door last night to enter the building I saw these Two huge RATS run across by the front doors. A worker as well noticed this, I did not give them a chance to say anything as I said “you have rats?” My husband and I turned around and left to go eat somewhere else as that completely destroyed my appetite and perspective on this DQ. Very unfortunate but until that rat issue is addressed. I will not be returning as a customer. And as a customer I feel like I should let others know. It’s completely unsafe and unsanitary. I do apologize to the worker as I came across brash. It’s not her fault.
