  We ordered two entrees, which were both reorders on the app. When we got home and opened our bowls, they were both barely half full. The chicken bowl had about 5 little pieces of chicken and was luke warm at best. The carnitas bowl was just as wimpy, barely half full. We've ordered these exact same items before, as I mentioned they were reorders from the app, and last time they were great. Proper portions, hot and fresh and no issues. Terrible experience this time around.

  This did not happen on Chipotle property. But one of your employees offered wine to an underage Walmart employee. But you could smell the whiskey. Unacceptable. Didnt get her name but she said she was a grill cook at this location. Unfortunate, because I know this location just opened up but if your employees are going to work drunk I will rethink that.

  I visited this Chipotle on 12/11/2025 around 1:50 PM, and the experience was disappointing. The younger lady who served my bowl had a noticeable attitude from the moment I stepped up. You could immediately tell by her tone and body language that she didn’t want to be there. She slapped the ingredients together with no care at all, and the whole interaction felt rude and unprofessional.

  VERY UNIMPRESSED, I was in a group of three people we had gotten our food and started looking for a seat. it was around 9:35 pm the main front part of the lobby was very busy. So we had sat on the other side sort of by the drink machine, There was another customer over in this area so we had thought it was fine to sit over there (since the other area was full). One of my friends had pulled the chairs off the table to sit (we understand that we shouldn’t have done that and just got our food to go or awkwardly sat in between two family’s ) but we figured since another customer was sitting over there it was okay, Then as we were enjoying our food and talking, The host that had checked us out went to attend to the drink machine and had sat there for a minute just staring at us. We didn’t think much of it until they had made a scene and shouted “THIS AREA IS CLOSED FOR A REASON!” mind you this employee did NOT tell us or the other customer to move. then same employee THROWN someones to go order into the shelf’s. About 3 minutes go by and same employee came back over and shouted again “I TOLD YOU THIS AREA IS CLOSED AND ITS GETTING LATE YOU NEED TO MOVE OR LEAVE” my friends and I were very taken aback at this and the whole atmosphere shifted we were very much singled out, we ended up moving to the other side of the lobby and trying to finish our meal there but we felt extremely uncomfortable and left. we understand we moved the chairs but a simple “hey i’m really sorry but this area is closed if you could please move that would be great” could have drastically changed the way we felt. the customer service here is absolutely ridiculous a customer should never feel scared or on edge to eat in a restaurant OR BE YELLED AT for just sitting in a area that was “closed” If management is reading this I’d love for you to reply so I can mention the smaller details :)
