At first I did encounter a problem, I placed my order and tried to use a $5 reward that had a countdown as soon as I hit redeem on the app. The cashier was unable to scan it and said it wasn’t working. The manager Dinora was called and not only was she polite but she was able to get the reward to work. She made sure my order was correct and did it all with a smile. Because of this experience I will be sure to be back again. Thank you Dinora!!
