  The atmosphere and service saved this place from a 1 star the food was terrible in all ways tasteless, poorly cooked, and extremely over priced for the portion with very little value this is testiment to a great brand getting greedy changing there recipes and cooking style to favor pre made quickly cooked low quality items to maximize profit over customers

  Ordered wings for the Super Bowl 2 days in advance thinking that gives them plenty of time to prep for the big day. I’m sure they had a ton of people order ahead for Super Bowl for obvious reasons. Long story short, I didn’t get my wings til about an hour after the time I originally was supposed to pick them up, missed the beginning of the Super Bowl. There were about 20 other people there in the same situation I was in, waiting for their food that they ordered wayyyy in advance. This seems obvious to me that you have to prep heavily for big days like this but I guess management doesn’t know how to run a restaurant.

  It was amazing. The atmosphere was nice we were able to see multiple sports games at once while eating. The food was hot and fresh, and we had multiple people checking in on us through out the time we were there. Definitely would recommend to everyone who's looking for a fun place to eat.

  Started coming here since I just moved to Olympia. Theresa the bartender makes that bar what it is...amazing!!! So freaking friendly and very professional and quick and kind. I'll be going back everytime because of her. Food is amazing and happy hour drinks are cheaper and the rewards is top notch!!!

  #buffalowildwings you disappointed me big time today. I'm writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service received at your Olympia Wa location today, Super Bowl Sunday. ​I placed an order at 9:00 AM for a scheduled pickup at 2:50 PM, totaling $78.00. I deliberately ordered early to ensure I would not miss the Super Bowl pre-show or kickoff. When I arrived exactly at 2:50 PM, I was told the kitchen had only "received" the order 13 minutes prior and it would be another 20–30 minutes After waiting an additional 30 minutes, I was told it would be another 15–20 minutes. Compounding this frustration, I witnessed another guest receive his order despite having placed it only 60 minutes earlier. When I questioned this, your staff insisted his order was "in the system" before mine, despite my 6-hour lead time. Due to this incompetence, I requested a full refund and left. I was then informed it would take up to ten days to process. This experience was a total failure of your pre-order system and ruined my game-day plans. I expect this refund to be expedited and would like an explanation as to why a 9:00 AM pre-order was deprioritized behind walk-in traffic. ​ Superbowl Sunday.... Your staff and location were not prepared.
