The young lady make sure that all the airs out and gives you a filled container but the guy could care less. With the prices the way they are, I sure think that you should get a full container full of ice cream the money. Very disappointed

If I am paying for a service, it should be done well. I could have wrote on the ice cream myself, better. The writing is off centered and messy. And when I asked her to fix it she was very rude and annoyed to have to re write it for me. It was a terrible experience, terrible product and terrible customer service.

I was never acknowledged, I waited over 5 minutes to be helped. I never got helped. Not even a we will be right with you. I was the only person in line! One employee just walked back and forth doing nothing. Not restocking, not cleaning. Just walking, trying to be busy. The other employee started making a milkshake. I don't know for who. Everyone in the store already had their icecream. No eye contact ever. If this was my store, I would be putting both employees on a training plan.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
