  these folks bust their butts! we have visited twice now, once when it was just open and there was just a few other customers. my partner and i had the buffet. everything was quite tasty! however the absolute knockout was the custom calzone we got. we ordered over the phone so we had no clue how busy they were. we got there 30 minutes after we put their order in and saw that they were absolutely slammed- and everyone was rushing to get orders done while also making sure people at the counter were taken care of. there was a bit of a wait, but as said they were SLAMMED. when we recieved our order i was delighted to feel how heavy our box was. back at the hotel, even more please to see the calzone was nice and big, the way they used to make them back in the day. we ordered a white sauce with spinach, chicken, and mushrooms and the absolutely loaded it with cheese. it's sso stringy! how fun! and delicious to boot. they knocked it out of the park eith this one, and we'll be bringing our friends here some day!

  With a party of 5 , ages 5,10,13 and 2 adults. It's cost us $80. We had to ask for the child's buffet because he charged us the adult one for the little ones. We came in at 11:30 and asked if there was a buffet today, the answer was far from what any employee should have said. "We open at 11 so dont expect anything to be ready until after 11:30 or go else where if that's what you are looking for". Then after we paid I was putting my cash together and then the employee grabbed the tip bucket and slammed it down in front of me and laughed. We come to OS twice a year on vacation and we always eat at Pizza Factory. Needless to say, I will definitely go elsewhere this summer when we come.

  I haven't been in there, but the PIZZA is out of this world! I'm 68 yrs old, have been to many, many pizza places, including Italy. No pizza ever, anywhere comes even close! Hands down the very best I've ever had!
