  Added to boyfriend's review. Yes, they consistently forget items. Today it was my sprite. Got the $6 biggie bag and an extra 4 piece nugget, they gave me all that for the food and even included a straw, but NO DRINK. Last few times it was fries and/or sauce. The cashier at the window was entirely too soft spoken for drive thru service and also NOT very customer service oriented. I know it's just fast food and I have sprite at home so I'm not super concerned about the drink itself but I am tired of the forgotten items. They need to check the receipt and inside of the bag before handing it out. Unless they're penny pinching or something, they need to step it up before they lose more customers. Honestly, I'd rather wait at Sonic for their slow service and correct orders than always leave with something missing from the order. I should not HAVE to check my own order (I usually do, but I spaced on the drink.), that's THEIR job.

  BEDORE YOU LEAVE THE WINDOW.. check your bags. The last 4 visits to this locations drivethru. Something was wrong or missing EVERY TIME. Today it was a drink. Other times fries. Almost every time the sauces. We keep going because the food is generally hot and seemingly fresh. The deals are decent. I like the biggie bags. Patience is out. I may simply not return for a while. Be lucky it's the island and options are limited.

  We came in from out of town with our children and grandchildren. We seen lots of small packed places that called themselves a family restaurant but we figured with the family we needed a little more room. Thanks for being here.
