The merchandise is fine but I always leave the store wishing the checkout lines were faster.

Grocery pickup is atrocious, one of the worst experiences was when an employee asked me to load my own groceries (while my kids are in the car) and take the cart back, and vegetables were not even bagged. Grocery delivery used to be the way to go but the shoppers are the issue, not even wanting to respond to the chat and closing the order for me to approve or decline, and substituting with products 2x the original price. Very disappointing as a person with limited mobility and postpartum.

I think I am done shopping here. Had to go today to get a few items and pick up a prescription that was called in today. They told us it would be 40 minutes before it was ready. That’s fine. That gave us time to shop. They are rearranging the store. Moving everything around. A fellow shopper told me it’s because they want you to wander the store. Well I will probably be wandering right out of your store. Also why can restocking not happen at night and why do they have displays everywhere. You cannot maneuver through the aisles. That is not new. I feel for the employees. I’m sure they get the brunt of shoppers’ complaints. Also so many sale items are sold out.
