I’ve been a regular customer at this Starbucks for over four years, and unfortunately my experiences with the store manager during that time have repeatedly been uncomfortable. While interactions are often presented as casual conversation, they frequently turn judgmental and dismissive. On multiple occasions, when asked simple questions like what my plans are for the day, the conversation has shifted into criticism or unsolicited judgment about my choices, including fitness and personal routines. These interactions have left me feeling embarrassed and unwelcome, and I have left the store in tears more than once because of how these conversations were handled. This manager is completely unprofessional and I would even go as far as to say she is a bully. This has been a consistent pattern over several years, not a single incident. I have always been polite and respectful, and I have never initiated conflict. I’m sharing this because no customer should feel judged or belittled during routine interactions. Starbucks is known for creating a welcoming, inclusive environment, and I hope this location can better reflect those values going forward.

Not good at all. Had to throw it away because with the holidays, I didn’t have time to go to the store to “return” it.
