  Terrible service seems to be status quo with pizza places these days. I ordered contactless curbside service. I arrived, and the app said to call the store, so I hit the 📞 button provided. It sent me to the call center, so the representative patched me to the store. My phone rang the store for 5 minutes, and as I walked in, the two working were in the back, laughing and joking with each other, and I thought, what a waste of a $10 tip. Once Moses came to the front and I said to him, "Do you not answer the phone? I was waiting outside for curbside service." He didn't seem to care about anything I was saying. After he gave me my food, I asked him how I could adjust the tip since I didn't feel they deserved one at this point. I said corporate? I should just call corporate? He said Yeah and mumbled a phrase that contained the F word in it. Now I've had some bad service in my days, but this encounter takes the cake. I'm done. Give me my $9.70 back for the tip, and you'll never see or hear from me again.

  Ordered wings and a pizza. I slipped and dropped the wings, and rather than letting me trade in the wings, they wanted me to pay for more. The wings should have been properly sealed in the first place. AND they shorted us a wing. Disheartening

  Glad to have Pizza Hut in the area. I’ve ordered here several times and always ready on time, quality made and hot. Recommended!
