  Garret, Remi, Hayden & Isaac deserve a raise or at least a great employee recognition plaque to keep for future employment purposes! Customer service was above and beyond, they accommodated for their customers. The entire crew on shift was a team and worked as a solid unit. The wait time for a food order worth over $40 was done under 10 minutes. The food tasted great for fast food restaurants and was presented very well. I heavily recommend this location in Newport for all food needs as of Wednesday April 8th 2026!!! Thank you :)

  I don’t know what it is, but this particular McDonald’s never ever fills their fries. This is like the 4th time we’ve been here in the last few months, and this is what the fries are like, every single time. Fries are friggin cheap. Idk why they can’t seem to fill the fries up. I upsized for my husbands meal and I sure as hell didn’t get my extra dollars worth of fries. Guess I should hold up the line and check my bag before I leave since they can’t seem to do a good job.

  I went in cause my sandwich was the wrong kind, just got sausage instead of bacon. I just wanted my bacon slices, but the gentleman at the front made me a fresh bacon one lightning fast! Thank you for being so friendly, I hate having to do that and was nervous. I love my local people!
