Your crew at this store single handed made it very easy to never want to return again as when I asked to customize my beefy five layer I was told no my fries were half filled and tasted horrible they tell me no to editing my own food that I’m paying for they refuse to make me fresh fries when being informed how old the other ones were. Your fries are a 30 minute hold time not 4 hours do better napivine and do better Danielle your customer services as a manager is horrible
