The red haired lady was very rude. She said if I put more than one kiosk promotion per person in on the kiosk then she wouldn't give us our food. Haven't had this issue at any location. We were super friendly. And trying to give them a heads up we were using multiple promotional items. Apparently they can't handle sandwiches and drinks and fries. Pretty pathetic. Highly don't recommend the owner or this employee. Unprofessional, rude. This location has been fine otherwise. The food and drinks were right and accurate. But we had to drive to another location out of the way to use my promotional deals that end on Sunday.

I keep having to update this review because it keeps getting more ridiculous. I’ll need to summarize because it won’t all fit. Brianna and Jordan harassed me at my table over an issue they could have handled at the counter. It was an issue with the app, one they had before, and they were standing behind the counter when I was handed my order. Brianna told Jordan it was okay to have given it to me, but then proceeded to tell me that her manager (whose name I still don’t know) didn’t want to give people food when they had issues with the app because they had to refund the order. They never once asked to be paid. They refused to answer the simple question of why the issue hadn’t been fixed for a year when they had the problem with multiple people over the last year, nor would they tell me who to contact to find out. Then they said I was no longer allowed to order from the app, I had to order from the counter in the future. They insulted me as they walked away and when I asked them to explain themselves they first refused, then proceeded to make excuses about my body language, including the fact I wouldn’t look at them. When I tried to explain myself, they told me they “didn’t want to argue” and yelled “have a nice day” until I sat down. I proceeded to eat with no further issue. At no point did they ask me to leave. Apparently they called the cops, claiming I was “looking at them”, “making them uncomfortable”, and “disrespecting them”. I was given a trespass warning for a month. Although the interaction with the police was relatively benign, it did have a negative effect on my son the following day. I have yet to get any answers from the manager or anyone at corporate. However, it’s good I didn’t offer to pay when they told me I would be refunded because that was a lie. I saw today that the $23.99 charge they made this whole big deal about was in fact NOT REFUNDED. It went through, so there was 100 percent no reason for any of what they did. If I felt bad about saying they deserved to be fired before, I don’t now. Absolutely terrible people.
Update: turns put they didn’t refund me the last time this happened either, when it was just Jordan who harassed me. So without any explanation from the manager or corporate, I have to assume that she, Brianna, and their still unnamed manager set me up. I’ll say it again, absolutely terrible, petty, garbage excuses for human beings.
