- KOKyle Oconnor4 days ago3.0The store did wonderful. The problem is the corporate change to no instore delivery drivers and relying on out sourced dilevery from an over used serice. Store couldn't get doordash to deliver our food. When we call 30 minutes after delivery was supposed to come we went to a call center which led to other problems. My wife got hung up on trying to check on order. I called a minute into her waitinf to make a new order to try and get through to find out its a call center and not the store answering anymore. The store did what they could to make up for the corporate mistakes made but our pizza was under heat lamps for 30 minutes. Ive stopped ordering from other pizza places that started to rely on unreliable services like doordash that picks and chooses their deliveries. On top of a call center that answers calls instead of the store. Not to mention the online timing system no longer works and says your pizza will be dilvered 30minutes ago. I suggest pickup if you want food from pizza hut anymore. Every company is switching to rely on doordash and like services which were nice for places that dont deliver. Now its a nightmare and you have to order through their sites for delivery with a 20-40% markup on everything plus inflated delivery charges. No more delivery for me from anywhere using these 3rd party companies.

My wife got admitted at hospital last time and today I am feeling sick to eat. Do you guys give different pizza base if someone make order via app or to come in store.
