- CCChristopherMar 8, 20261.0Came to this location i asked for fresh fries no salt, and my burger off the grill fresh.. my meat was cold and my fries were burnt and soaked in grease! I HAVE PHOTOS THAT I EMAIL TO MCDONALDS CORPORATE. This could of been handled with my phone call but they wanted to play games and have some young kid “pretend” he was the manager and that kid would not give me his name, he kept saying my name is “manager”, i also know the girl/guy who answered the phone who is management and decided to pass the phone to the younger guy. I recognize voices and i also heard them speaking when i was in the drive through. I made the call from my home office where i have cameras so i can play back the audio/video for documentation. I did also state from the beginning that the call was being recorded. I was also not provided a receipt but i do have exact times of my arrival. This is not mcdonalds policy of how to treat customers or a “manager” not providing there name for future clarification.
