The staff is always rude and makes a point to NOT speak to customers. I also DoorDash. We HATE picking up from this location because they are slower than molasses in the Arctic in the middle of winter. I will frequently decline orders simply so I do not have to go into the location. I picked up an order from here today and have been waiting for almost 30 minutes for help at the guest service station. Three different staff members have asked what I need help with, I have explained I’m here to pick up a DoorDash order and each person has told me someone will be with me shortly. It is infuriating to come into this location every time.
