I like the Arby Sandwiches but the new Steak Nuggets should not have been released. The dry crumbly texture was very disappointing, (are they ground up and reformed?), when all of the other Arby Meats are so moist. Anyway we just sampled them and all of us felt the same way. Hopefully we just got a bad batch but I won't try them again.

Tried Arby’s steak bites and… they’re a bit of a letdown. The flavor is fine, but the texture really throws things off. Instead of being juicy or tender, they come off dry and kind of mealy. You don’t get that satisfying bite you expect from something advertised as “steak.”
They’re not awful, but they’re definitely not something I’d go out of my way to order again. If Arby’s could improve the moisture and texture, they’d be a much stronger menu item—right now they feel more like an underwhelming, expensive snack that I gave to the dogs than anything worth craving.
