  I had a very disappointing experience at this Dairy Queen location. The cleanliness and overall sanitation were not up to standard, which is concerning when it comes to food service. The environment did not appear well-maintained, and it made me uncomfortable about the safety of the food being served. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses these issues promptly. Customers expect a clean and safe place to eat, and this location needs improvement. This place has fallen off since selling! They are very slow and kind of rude.

  I didnt get my ice cream that clearly came with the meal as advertised and the guy just wasnt paying attention he wouldnt respond or make eye contact if he heard what I ask for so I just was confused the whole time not sure if hes getting what I asked for to busy giggly over his shoulder

  Moses Lake Dairy Queen I was really surprised it’s very dirty never seen it this dirty before all over the place came in and literally stood there for three minutes with three people behind the counter and no one acknowledged me. It’s not the way it used to be.

  Absolute joke! I went thru the drive-thru and ordered two mint Oreo blizzard’s, I then waited for about 20 minutes and when then they finally tried to give me my order it was a mint cone with no Oreos, I told them I ordered blizzards so they shut the window took the cones and dumped them into cups and put lids on them so I wouldn’t notice what they did right off. I understand there busy so the wait is what it is but what frustrates me was they’re I don’t care attitude and total lack of half way decent customer service.
