  Worst Wendy's as a delivery driver. I feel bad for the doordash customers and Uber customers that order. Doordash asked them to weigh the food, I have seen them by pass the weigh process by saying all the food is there. I know this because the cheese fries only had a few fries and a small amount of cheese. After it is in the sealed bags and they by pass the weight portion we cannot do anything about it. Waiting in lobby after giving the customer name they make sure the in house customers and drive thru are all finished before making ANY delivery order. When in the drive thru the quote you a time and have you park if a car is behind you. Expect your wait time to be at least double and with multiple orders the one your not waiting on will sit on their counter for the excessive wait time. Literally all the others Wendy's in Lake Steven's, Woodinville, Bothell, Everett are way better with delivery orders and actually care about ALL CUSTOMERS. This Wendy's definitely does not understand the meaning of FIFO (first in first out). They clearly do not carry about the customers experience or their delivery partners experience.

  The store is clean and the food wait wasn’t too long, but the music playing in the lobby is at nightclub levels. I don’t know what it is behind the counter but someone has an idea of what the volume level should be for customers and it needs to be lowered. Also you don’t place your order with a human but rather a giant iPad like device and it goes through some motions and then tells you the number they’ll call for your order. If that’s an issue you might want to use the drive thru.

  What is the sense of having two windows when you have to drive up to the 2 window to pay that makes the line longer and us not to happy they should open the First window so we can pay, and once we get to the second window, they can hand us our food just like mcdonald's, we're in and out, not waiting ten minutes or longer in wendys drive thru we are paying so much for our food when sometimes its not fresh the chicken nuggets are soggy and fries are soggy as well.
