It is incredibly inconvenient and insulting to be required to wait for a employ to unlock the cabinet containing laundry detergent. After waiting several minutes for them, then they take the product to customer service implying that I'm a criminal. Management needs to reconsider this policy. I have completely stopped shopping at Walmart for this same policy.

- MCMid CatJan 20, 20261.0When I went in today to get a money order, I was promptly ignored for a full minute or two despite someone being available (she was not serving anyone) at just the next counter over but what happened after that is why I'm leaving this one star review, and I would absolutely leave zero if I could. The woman serving me, I believe her name was something like Tonya B, loudly sneezed right as the system was processing, proceeded to wipe her hands all over her nose right in front of us before handing the money order over with said hands. I was so shocked at the brazen display that I almost thought I was being filmed for some elaborate prank. She did not use any tissues or hand sanitizer whatsoever in-between any of this. To say that I'm utterly horrified at this blatant disrespect and disregard for customers and public safety is an understatement.
