  I ordered a pasta tonight and I could barley even eat it the top had so much garlic or whatever it is that I could barley enjoy it or even taste the Alfredo sauce it was watery and just not appetizing my delivery driver was very nice tho

  Went there to order a pizza when I walked in the girl at the front counter never said hello or welcome to pizza hut the only thing she said was "Are you here for a pick up" and she wasn't even friendly about that I told her "No" I would like to place an order and asked if there was a menu she pointed at the end of the counter and mumbled something and I said excuse me could you repeat that I couldn't hear what you said she replied "the menu is over there as I looked I couldn't see a menu after searching behind some stand up fliers there was a white 9×11 piece of paper so I picked it up thinking how odd a menu on a white piece of paper and after looking at it everything was computer typed on it the problem was a lot of what was typed on it was faded and you couldn't hardly read it so I figured they didn't need my money and because of the lack of ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE I decided to take my hard earned money to their competition and went across the parking lot to Dominos pizza, the young man at Domino's was very customer friendly so I ordered there and in fact tipped them $15 dollars for their customer service, so I want to say to the management of pizza hut fix your unfriendly employees get a better menu instead of what you had there and I might consider coming back and ordering from you and to the young lady at the counter who doesn't understand that when you give good customer service you make more money in tips and it adds up at the end of your week you lost out because of it, your loss Pizza Hut not mine.

  Tonight I had ordered 2 pizzas cheese bread and wings. I should have known my order would have been messed up from the start when it took them 5 minutes to acknowledge I was there. I was patient as I realize times can get busy. After waiting 20 minutes(wait time wasn’t an issue) I received my order and it was wrong which I didn’t know until I got home(35 minute drive). For paying $50 and leaving a good tip to receive a plain cheese pizza, not to mention it’s sloppy. I ordered chicken bacon ranch for reference. It’s like they didn’t even try and just wanted to customers gone. Then I tried to call to let someone know first person says he can’t do nothing, forwarded me to a line that immediately hung up.

  Best Pizza Hut location - food is always exactly as ordered with no errors and ready for pickup in less than 15 mins. Staff is very personable and welcoming, providing service that is unmatched. If upper management reads this review - double whatever you’re paying them !!! Chefs kiss 🤌🏼
