  I don’t come to Taco Bell often but when I do I normally use the drive thru and our order is usually accurate. Today is the first time I’ve ordered through the app for delivery and there were a couple things wrong with our order. First off, we ordered the chicken nuggets and they forgot our sauces. Secondly, I ordered a soft taco supreme and received a sad excuse of a regular soft taco. I pretty much paid for a tortilla with a bit of shredded lettuce. I was looking for something close and convenient for dinner after a long day of work and was disappointed.

  The day before posting this, I had an issue with missing ingredients in order, but was already driving to work by the time I was able to notice the issue. I was unable to report in the app, so I called the store and was told to come in. After telling a staff member what happened, they helped connect me to Griselda. Griselda listened, apologized on their behalf for me, and helped accommodate the fact I didn’t want a replacement then and there and helped me be more than satisfied with the assistance provided. They’re eager to help rectify and mistakes they might have made. Amazing service.

  They are lazy, disrespectful, toss bags of food into your car out their window, do NOT LISTEN TO ORDERS. The food, if we had even been able to look at it without vomitting, would've absolutely given us food poisoning. The woman at the drive thru window got the order wrong because she couldnt have cared less or showed any emotion besides RBF. Called and complained and they offered us the same order again. Since we dont prefer spit, food poisoning or horrible service, we would have preferred a refund. Absolutely ridiculous. Could've eaten at an entire sit down Mexican restaurant for the price and the time. Also would have eaten period because after seeing there food? I couldnt.

  The customer service at this location is unacceptable. I just came to the drive-through and Felicia had an attitude and was short… She was having a whole full-blown conversation with all her coworkers that seem to be more important than providing customer service. This Taco Bell used to have good customer service.. Oh, and this was not the first time however this time I decided to write the review… So uninviting and unnecessary.. I will be driving back down to the Fife location.

  This review is not about the food as I had no problems with it. However, the customer service is appalling. I went to this location on March 21st at around 11:20pm. I was in there with my family ordering inside on the kiosks and then took a seat waiting for our food. There was also another group of people there who were already eating and this I would image is a supervisor - decided to kick them out and us because apparently the lobby “closes between 11pm-12am. I am not upset with the lobby closing - but I am upset by how it was handled. The kiosks were on for ordering and people were mid-eating because this supervisor decided to say something. If the lobby is closed then lock the door, put a sign up and turn off the kiosks? The supervisor was a white girl who looked younger. She also stared at us and the other guests for up to 8 minutes. I just think there needs to be signs up and kiosks should be turned off if this is the policy. Otherwise, I don’t think i’m coming back to this location.
