  I came to the Milton location and for the sixth time in a row they’ve got my order incorrect. The first few times I came. They gave me an order that wasn’t mine. A few times I came after that I got chicken Tenders and they were so hard I cannot chew through them. They were old so I came in today again on my lunch break. I always come on my lunch break and I ordered the Catina bowl With no rice because I’m diabetic and I cannot eat rice and I ask for extra chicken I always order this bowl from every Taco Bell I go to the bowl had only five beans in it barely a half a scoop and it was only one scoop of chicken and it was about a half a bowl of rice. I brought it in and talked to the staff working. she told me that she was the shift lead this is the woman who took my order and got it wrong even on the receipt it was wrong. I told her I get this bowl all the time and it wasn’t right. She asked me to see it. I showed her the five beans she said oh there is beans in there. I said that it’s supposed to be a lot more because this is usually what I order and she got an attitude with me. I was being very polite from the time I walked in and did not appreciate that. I also told her that it was not extra chicken and she said no it’s not she can remake it for me. I told her that I had to go to work and I needed a refund because I was on my lunch break and I didn’t have time for her to remake it. She told me that she cannot give me a refund and there was nothing she can do for me. I asked her for her management contact information and she would not give me the management contact information she would not give me the assistant manager or the general manager’s information. I asked her for her name and she whispered it so quiet I cannot hear her on purpose so I ended up leaving with no food and no refund to go anywhere else to get some lunch after work. This Taco Bell always gives me problems and I really do not appreciate it and I will not ever be back if I was you I would not go to the Milton Washington Taco Bell they should really get it together I didn’t take pictures because she took the bowl from me

  I ordered online 3 soft taco supremes, I get it and there is no sour cream or tomato’s, this has happened twice, employees , need to read the order correctly, I got charged for supremes so I want supremes!

  $25 for this wow what has Taco Bell become? There was barely any chicken on the chalupas and it actually tastes like can chicken! Ahhhhhhhhh! Done with you Taco Bell!
