My husband and our family always go to this mcdonald’s and get our sunday breakfast but this morning our children left in tears. all was well till we got home and realized our meals were completely wrong sandwiches so we drove all the way back went inside and calmly and kindly spoke with the manager to try to replace or meals amd we were responded with “your only option is a refund. im done doing breakfast” so rudely and uncomfortable then took the wrong breakfast meals back and sent us on our way. my children were so upset and cried the way home because there sunday ritual was ruined.

This review is long overdue. I rarely write reviews, but this one employee had me dazzled. The young black man (I’m black btw) had exceptional customer service. Best I’ve ever seen. Now I used to work at a restaurant and I would’ve wanted him to be on my customer service squad. The most perfect service I’ve ever had. He needs to get promoted, a raise or something! 100% coming back again!

My kids love McDonald’s, and we stop by this location often. I’ve been warned before to always check my order, but I’ve usually trusted this place without issues.
Today, we placed a large order. When we got home, the kids were excited — but after opening the bag, we realized we were missing two McChickens and an apple pie.
I understand the staff is busy, especially during peak hours, but missing items from an order can really disappoint kids who were looking forward to their meal. Please double-check large orders — small mistakes can make a big difference.
