After 45 the window bumped up repeatedly every 20 minutes until it passed 9pm. 2.5 hrs after I ordered seemed like too much, so I called at that point. I was told they were busy, understandable, and after a pause was told my pizza was just heading out the door. Showed up less than 10 minutes later. No issues with the pizza, but maybe think elsewhere if you're ordering on a holiday.
