It looked more like a cheese pizza rather than a Garden Fresh Veggie pizza. I called the store and spoke with the manager, Kieana, who stated they are running low on vegetables due to the holidays and are rationing toppings on pizzas. She indicated this is their policy and did not seem to understand why this was an issue to me. She further highlighted I was the first one to call about this. When I suggested they should stop selling a pizza they cannot properly make, she responded they can't do that as they are in the business of selling pizzas... The interaction was handled unprofessionally and arrogantly. No refund or compensation was offered, nor did I ask for one. Nor I desire one at this point. I believe it is more important for other potential customers to be aware of the rationing practice at Papa John's. After this experience, they have definitely lost a regular long-term customer!
