The delivery did not show at 5. We called to check the order and after being bounced from a rude cashier to a rude GM (Tyler) we drove to pick up the order. We were told the "system was down" but we went to place an order on line to test and they were taking orders. We picked up our pizzas at 5:35PM. We requested a refund and was told "the system is down". We should have been asked our contact info, been given an apology and a follow up refund could have been offered for when the system was available. Instead we were told Tyler was in "on his day off". When we asked for the PIC, he said "there is no-one higher than me". While asking for a refund, the cashier repeatedly inserted herself into the conversation and used the "f"-word. The lack of professionalism was astounding. Our door-dash driver arrived at 5:40 to pick up the pizzas. These had to have been ready 1 hr. By the time we got home all our food was 1.5 hours sitting. We advise others to avoid!
