  Picked up a mobile order and an item was missing. I reported it through the app and was told it would be forwarded to the local restaurant, but I never received any follow-up. The case was then automatically closed without resolution.

  McDonald’s is not the Ritz, but there is certainly a range of quality one can expect. I will say that this location is shockingly decent one might even say good. for me, the focus is on the quality to price ratio, and by this metric, this McDonald’s is truly best in class. if someone thinks they have been to a better McDonald’s in Washington state, please share and I would like to go there.

  The shrinking of the Filet of Fish is just sad! $7 for a snack. It used to be a filet and now it's a nugget of fish on a roll! Pathetic to say the least. Service and atmosphere are fine.

  On Friday 6 March 26 after school, we converged on the Mercer Island McDonalds with our grandchildren for an after-school snack and hanging out with before going home. Unfortunately, in the middle of their snack a gush of water came pouring down from the roof and nearly missed them. We were speechless of course and quite happy our grandchildren moved very quickly out of the way. The calmness of the crew was an indication this has happened before along with the staining on the walls from previous leaks. Please fix your roof, it rains quite often in Seattle and dodging pouring rain while eating is quite disconcerting. Thank you
