  2/21 around 2pm in the afternoon. We ordered online and I arrived early. The young man was working his tail off and then a youth basketball team came in. He stayed calm and kept plugging away. Another person came in to help just as he was finishing taking the orders. Needless to say, our order got delayed. But, he kept looking over to me and was working so hard. He deserves a bonus. He is a special employee.

  I got an Italian sub with extra Italian dressing on the side and it was addictive. I will be eating here again.

  Pizza Factory ML catered a very important event for me and it was a great experience every step of the way. From the first call, the team always called me back promptly and held every promise they made. The delivery was on time and the order was perfect and everyone loved the pizza and twisted sticks. When you order pizza for a special event, it has better be good and Pizza Factory did not disappoint! I brought a thank you card in and got to meet the owner as well and was even more impressed how humble he was and grateful that I trusted them for my event. Will recommend and return my business to them for years.

  Stopped in during their buffet hoping to have a good salad, a piece of pizza or 2, and some soda. Staff was friendly enough. Some younger kids. Soda machine had no ice. According to the girl, they simply hadn't felt like filling it. Fountain soda w no ice is kind of a bummer. Then i went for the salad bar. It was very neglected. Many of the toppings containers were empty, including CROUTONS. No croutons on a salad bar should constitute a healthy code violation or something lol. Most of the veggies were a little chewy rather than crunchy . The pizza was pretty standard pizzaria pizza. Not bad. They only had one pizza out on the buffet though. when the lunch rush showed up and went for the buffet, they all had to fight over one piece of pizza, some bread sticks, and some dessert pizza. Some of them looked like fire fighters too. Those guys usually don't eat lightly and sometimes they don't have a lot of time for lunch. Overall, it wasn't gross or a terrible experience but was definitely disappointing.

  I understand that these are youngsters behind the counter majority of the time, but these guys and gals could really benefit from some plain and simple OPEN communication. I was one of 4 people waiting for their pick up orders. Watched my pizza come out, sit on the counter out of the oven for 10 mins. Then in the box, on the counter till i said okaaaaaay?? and asked the deliveryman if it was ready. Handed it to me and left. Total time waited..43 mins. I get that it was peak hours when I picked mine up but as a customer I really didn't like having to just sit around and look dumb. When a pick up order gets put in its box, ready to go, shouldn't they call that name out??? Or is it just me? Good pizza though... they just seemed very quiet and in their own worlds. No "welcome in", or when I stand next to the counter no eye contact from the lady who directly handled my pizza. Or even asked "what are you waiting on?" Nothin'.
