  It's too bad.Zero stars is not an option because I just had the worst service at this McDonalds. I did a mobile order. I pull up to the window and was told by a worker named leanne that she is the only one there.So it's taking her a while. She asked she asked me to pull up to the very last window, which was fine. Another car pulled up behind me and the drive through and before getting the food, she asked me to move again into slot number one, but because i'm in a large car, it was impossible for me to turn into the slot for any of the slots for that matter for pickup food. She's I have already been waiting 10 minute. I asked, how much longer is this going to be? And then I can't move to the one or the other spots, and I didn't understand what was taking so long. She said, fine, stay here.Do whatever you want.Then slam the window shut. There she then opened the window five minutes later and threw my food at me. I honked my horn to get her attention because I thought something was missing. All of a sudden now, a night manager was there with red hair and said he just got back. I asked multiple times for her name as well as multiple times for a manager's name.And an area manager's name until finally, I got one. I will not go to this mcdonald's location again because every single time there is an issue. Honestly, you should not be in the service industry.If you don't like the service part of it.

  Went through the drive thru tonight. I spent an entire 25 minutes in that drive thru. Asked to be pulled forward for fries.. to get my food 10 minutes after im asked to pull forward and get COLD hard fries that wernt even fresh, and missing items. That alone really made me mad because of how long I already waited.. And so when I go back inside to get the missing item, the manager didnt like that I was upset she is doing a terrible job. However I didnt do anything except NOT thank her when she handed me the food they forgot..... Have some accountability for the issues. You got people waiting in your drive thru for that long and then give them cold food after all that? And to chuckle because somebody doesnt thank you after ALL THAT BS. You, the female manager working on 3/5/26 at 8pm at night, need to do better.

  Got the new hot honey chicken sandwich. Going give it 7.5 stars out of 10. It was good. Restaurant seemed clean. Ordered on kiosk even with drive thru busy order ready less 10 minutes. This has always been a decent location.

  Took my two children to this McDonald’s as a treat since we don’t eat out much. Spent over $20.00 for meals for all of us. The only condiments I asked for was two sweet and sour sauces no other condiments and was told they would have to charge me for 1 of the 2 I asked for. On top of that they got our order wrong and put onions on my kids burgers when I ordered them plain. The receipt on each burger said plain and on top of that they decided to load them with onions in between the patties where the cheese is as well as on the bun making it almost impossible for my kids to get the onions off. We don’t complain and ask them to remake because we are fully aware of what the people preparing our food do to food when that happens. So a nice treat for my kids was ruined by a McDonald’s that was to be so stingy on condiments and getting our order wrong. Make it make since but doesn’t two sweet and sours cost less then me going over and grabbing a handful of ketchup packets and any other condiments they have available? Seriously McDonalds be BETTER! We choose to substitute any and all other condiments for 2 sweet and sour sauces for my kids. Your corporate greed and absurdity is getting out of hand and customers like myself will choose to spend our money elsewhere. I would avoid this McDonald’s by all means and choose to spend your elsewhere.
