  I typically reserve my reviews for exceptional or disappointing experiences, and unfortunately, my visit to this fast food establishment falls into the latter category. First and foremost, the service was notably lacking. The cash register attendant appeared disengaged and often had difficulty hearing my order, requiring multiple repetitions. This was frustrating, especially since the items I requested were clearly displayed on the menu. I ordered a small Bacon Chipotle Chicken sandwich and fries, which was advertised at a promotional price of $7.79. Instead of applying this deal, I was charged full price without any explanation. Typically, fast food staff are eager to inform customers about available deals, but here, it felt like I was being overlooked, leading to a sense of being overcharged. To add to my disappointment, my order was incorrectly prepared. Instead of the Bacon Chipotle Chicken sandwich, I received a Chicken Philly with Chipotle, missing the bacon entirely. This oversight further diminished my experience and satisfaction. Additionally, I noticed that this restaurant has one of the earliest closing times in the food court. I observed several customers, including myself, being turned away close to closing time. While I understand the challenges of a long workday, it is important for establishments to honor their posted hours. If the staff is unwilling to serve customers until the official closing time, it may be more appropriate to adjust the hours of operation accordingly. Overall, my experience was marked by poor service, incorrect orders, and a lack of attention to customer satisfaction. I hope management takes these concerns seriously to improve the overall dining experience.
