  If I could give my order a 0-star review, I would. I placed my order online using the Subway app at 12:39pm today, arrived at the restaurant at 12:53pm like the app said to for pick up. When I arrived at the restaurant, there were a few people in line, and a Doordasher waiting to pick up her order. After waiting for a while, we had asked if he was going to get started on the online orders. He let us know that he was working on them and then proceeded to make to more walk in orders before the Doordasher asked him again if he would start her order as she had been there longer than any of the walk-in customers. He said that he would start hers next. He did not. He completed the next walk in order before starting hers. I did the same thing; I asked him if he could start my order before starting the next walk in because I had also been there longer than any of the walk ins. By this time, there was now another online order waiting to be completed. He said that he was going to do my order and the walk in at the same time. I asked him if he could just stop with the in-person orders and start on mine as it had been well over 30 minutes since I was supposed to be picking up my order. He got rude with me and asked me to be patient, I told him that I was being patient, but I had been waiting for over 30 minutes so I felt it only fair for him to start to prioritize the online orders that had been waiting for a long time. He again asked me to be patient and said that he was making my sandwiches next. Again, he did not. He completed the next walk in BEFORE completing my online order. He finally completed my order, and I walked out of the restaurant at 1:41pm. Almost an hour for an online order is ridiculous, and his attitude wasn't any better. Will not be going to this Subway again.

  Had a great experience at Subway today. The staff was polite and prepared my sandwich exactly the way I asked. The place was clean, and the service was quick. Fresh ingredients and good hygiene. Definitely visiting again!

  This location after the new ownership has changed a lot. They really stepped it up lately. Sandwich was made well, ingredients were fresh, and the place was clean. Big improvement from what it used to be glad I gave it another try.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

  We ordered 5 sandwiches, fully drenched in sauce, sauce felt like it was watered down. Lettuce was super soggy, the Philly cheese steak was super soggy, bread wasn’t in good condition, Subway used to be good quality now its terrible, 40 bucks down the drain.

  Order two footlong combos with drinks and chips, used subways website and got the order from this location. They use door dash to deliver in our area. Only received our sandwiches which weren't cut and the toppings were falling out of the sandwiches while still in the wrapping. Door dash and subways website only give the option to call the store as a way to fix the problem, tried multiple times to call the store and the phone just rang endlessly with no answer. So basically subway just took our money and didn't give us what we paid for, and didn't provide any way to fix the issue.
