I live in Lynnwood, and it is worth the drive to go up to Smoky point to this Outback , then any other ones in my area

I am wiring this as I sit in the parking lot of your Smokey point Outback Steakhouse. My wife and my two very young daughters (2years old)came to dinner tonight around 615 pm. The host was very courteous and sat us right away. Over half of the tables were empty in the restaurant. Our waiter arrived and took our drink order (water). I had a coupon for a free blooming onion so that was ordered right away. The server whom I did not get his name said he would be back in a bit to take our order (we were sitting there with menu's closed and tried to start the meal order). We were served the onion and still waited for our order to be taken. After almost 40 minutes of trying to contain two toddlers we resorted to ordering online for takeout. After this the server went and took orders from two other tables that had arrived after us without even looking over. When he finally arrived to take our order almost 45 minutes after arriving to the restaurant. We showed him the online order and said we couldn’t wait longer. At this point he didn’t offer any apologies for taking so long just silently walked off towards the kitchen. It was as if he was upset that we didn't place an order with him. While my wife waited for the online order to be made she was standing in the lobby and the bartender had her walk to the back of the restaurant by the to-go entrance. Neither employee that was working this area acknowledged her presence. When the food finally was ready 20 minutes later the bag was handed to her still without any acknowledgement. While waiting I sent an email to the General Manager of the restaurant. His business card was posted on the board by the to go entrance. I had expected at least a response back saying he had received the email but once again silence. I have frequented Outback Steakhouse for years. This experience by far was the worst service that I have received at ANY restaurant. I would leave zero stars but that is not an option.

I am a loss of words. I usually dont critic restaurants. But this had to be my worst experience i have had in a long time. First off. Our table and chairs were not wiped down, the greeter looked very unprofessional in his FXD construction pants. Our waitress you could tell was overworked and exhausted though she was the only part of our meal we enjoyed... It was date night for my wife and I something we dont get to do often with our busy life with 4 kids. I have never had a Ceasars salad taste like straight fish. It was unbeatable. My steak I ordered was a ribeye medium rare.... The fat was not seared. No char. And no seasoning. My wifes salmon was overcooked.... bad. And we are pretty sure the parmesean cream corn gave us food poisoning and again tasted like fish! We will not be back.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I went in to have steaks with my boyfriend and I told the server that I can't eat chewy steaks and she suggested to have medium. We waited a pretty long time to get our plates. The staff was arguing in the kitchen before the food came out. Once I got my food I tried to cut the steak and test it out and I started to choke. I tried to clear it from my throat and I couldn't. My boyfriend stood up and gave me the Heimlich maneuver and I forced myself to throw it up. Everyone around was concerned and came over to our table to help. The server was pretty shaken up but never once did the manager or anyone higher up come over to our booth. She actually told us she didn't want us to talk to him because he's not a nice person. She comped my plate but my boyfriend had to still pay for his plate that he couldn't eat because he was so upset over the situation. The restaurant was also really dirty and not well kept. When you walk in it's dirty and the booths and the floor are nasty. No one seemed to care that I about died in their restaurant. I think this place is very unprofessional! I will be contacting corporate about this experience. Do not eat here!
